“I have worked in health and social care for over 20 years, beginning my career in community based services where I supported individuals with a wide range of needs in their own homes. This early experience shaped my commitment to delivering truly person centred care that respects dignity, independence, and individual choice.

I later progressed into residential and nursing home settings, supporting residents living with early onset dementia through to the later stages of the condition, as well as providing compassionate end-of-life care. Throughout my career, I have been driven by the belief that even small, thoughtful actions can make a meaningful difference to someone’s daily life.

I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming and homely environment where residents feel valued and empowered. At Betsy Clara, we champion individual choice, supporting each resident to live in a way that reflects their preferences, routines, and personal identity. My aim is to lead a team that delivers high quality care with warmth, respect, and compassion every day.”
