Isabel Nyirenda is an experienced and highly respected care home leader and Registered General Nurse (RGN), with more than 20 years of experience in health and social care.
Throughout her career, Isabel has held senior leadership roles including Home Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing both individual homes and multi-site services. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating warm, supportive environments where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home.
Known for her hands-on and compassionate leadership style, Isabel works closely with residents, families and care teams to maintain exceptional standards of care, dignity and wellbeing. Her achievements include leading homes through successful improvement programmes, strengthening workforce stability, commissioning specialist dementia services and securing recognition for excellence in end-of-life care through Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Beacon status.
Alongside her nursing qualification, Isabel holds QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Leadership in Dementia certification, and Train the Trainer qualifications.

Director (The Willow Community) / Registered Manager (Hythe View)
Claire is the Director of The Willow Community and Registered Manager of Hythe View Nursing Home. The Willow Community is a collaborative partnership between Hythe View Nursing Home and Betsy Clara House, both specialising in complex and specialist nursing care.
Claire began her career in health and social care in 2009 and has built extensive experience across a range of senior leadership, operational and specialist roles. These include Registered Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Area Manager for South Essex, Trusted Assessor and Discharge Lead, working across hospitals throughout Kent and Essex. This breadth of experience has given Claire a comprehensive understanding of service delivery, quality governance, financial sustainability and collaborative working across health and social care systems.
Since becoming a registered manager in 2017, Claire has successfully led services through CQC inspections, achieving, improving and sustaining regulatory compliance across all key areas. She is also trained as an Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Link Practitioner, supporting best practice in infection prevention, strengthening clinical oversight and ensuring alignment with national guidance to protect residents, staff and visiting professionals. Claire has also served as Co-Chair of the Skills for Care Registered Manager Network.
Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, Claire is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership in Healthcare, with plans to further her studies in Adult Social Care and Healthcare Leadership.
In 2026, Claire’s leadership was recognised nationally when she received a Silver Award in the Healthcare Leader of the Year category at the Healthcare Eagles Awards.
